One Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

  • Information provided at registration must be kept up to date at all times.
  • It is strictly prohibited to open an account with false information and use the services.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and legal compliance, bk99b may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport or other valid government-issued identity document. bk99b reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to protect the security of your account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share them with anyone else.

Password Security

  • Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special symbols.
  • Change your password regularly.
  • Do not use a password here that you use on other platforms.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support immediately.

Third-Party Use

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out by any person using your account. bk99b will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account, but we will assist with the investigation.

Account Access

Only you yourself should access your account. Accessing it through proxies, VPNs or other anonymizing technologies is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Supported Payment Methods

bk99b currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Bank Transfer

Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing may take longer due to security checks or banking issues. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawal requests can only be made to the payment method registered on the account.
  • It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
  • The wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus balance.
  • bk99b reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if illegal activity is suspected.

Deposit Verification

All deposits are verified automatically. In some cases manual verification may be required, which can take time. If a deposit is unsuccessful, the funds will be returned to your original account.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in other currencies are not supported.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

bk99b offers new players a 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on the first deposit. This bonus applies only to the first deposit.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount received must be wagered 20 times. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must wager a total of ৳40,000 to be eligible to withdraw the bonus.

General Terms for Bonuses

  • A bonus offer can be received only once per account.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Bonus balance has no cash value — it can only be used for wagering.
  • Bet amounts placed with bonus balance must remain within the limits specified in the bonus terms.
  • bk99b reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
  • If a bonus is misused or its terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

VIP and Cashback Program

bk99b has three VIP tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback is credited to eligible players' accounts every Monday within a specified time.

Warning: Bonus hunting behavior and low-risk betting strategies used to avoid wagering requirements are prohibited. If such behavior is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Policy

bk99b is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our games operate using verifiable RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results.

Anti-Fraud Measures

  • All gaming activity is monitored in real time.
  • If unusual betting patterns are detected, an investigation is initiated.
  • Playing using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
  • Match fixing or any attempt to manipulate results is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting Policy

In sports betting, bk99b ensures the following:

  • Results are determined based on data from official data providers.
  • In disputed events, the decision of the official sports governing body is considered final.
  • If a match is suspended, bets will be settled according to bk99b's established rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk99b platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited:

Technical Violations

  • Playing using bots, scripts or automated software.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for advantage.
  • Attempting to infiltrate or hack the platform's network.
  • Using VPNs or proxies to bypass geo-based restrictions.

Financial Violations

  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Bonus abuse and manipulation.

Behavioral violations

  • Colluding with other players to place bets ("collusion").
  • Abusive or harassing behavior toward support staff.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
  • Registering or operating an account with false information.

User License

Claims for Damages

Account Closure by the User
